Freedom and flexibility

“I joined Avantia as a lawyer in 2019 and quickly realised that this was a business with a clear vision for doing law differently. I live a rural life with my young family down in Devon, surrounded by nature and the great outdoors, and yet I still have the privilege of working with an impressive client base that demands the excellence and quality of service that we at Avantia consistently deliver.”

Lauren Giblin

ex-Freshfields Finance Lawyer

Work From Anywhere

“I thought moving to a remote Scottish Highland location was the end of my legal career until I met James. Avantia Law has given me the flexibility to pursue my life choices, whilst capitalising on my years in the law. It really is the perfect balance.”

Former Clifford Chance Lawyer

Combine Law With Other Projects

"I’m in my final year at Georgetown University. Avantia allows me to have a flexible work schedule and be a full-time student. Because its remote first and the lawyers I work with are extremely accommodating I’m able to balance work and school and seamlessly switch between the two."
